Unable to cancel the ticket not displaing in booked ticket history

Sir/Madam

I have booked on 12.05.08 e-ticket in Indian RAilways (IRCTC) from KADUR TO BANGALORE (YESVANTPUR) travelled on 25.05.08 same has not appearing in my booked eticket history nor i am not able to cancell.

Now i have to cancell my ticket what do now.

I fact i have called so many times and i have sent a emial twice to customer care one MS.Kadambari to help in this reagard but she has not responded properly to my request nor they are not bothered to replay.

So i am unhappy about this service.

Please help in this regard.
