IRCTC never returns money

This is for sure IRCTC never returns money. Even after sending the following mail and calling them up several times I neither got my money back nor have got any reply from IRCTC. My perception about IRCTC has totally changed and now I don't trust their TDR process. Everything is bull crap. Following is the mail which I sent to TDR@irctc as well as TDRprocess@irctc.co.in and never heard from them:

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had filed a TDR for PNR Number 6221691982 with TDR Filing Date: 03-Mar and Reference No: ekt200903300427361. I have been waiting for my refund since 3rd of May (i.e. after 60 days from the filing date) which is showing TDR Status: 'Admin Approved' since a long time. I am in real need of money and I am counting upon this Rs 6000 refund. Unfortunately, I don't know why it has still not got credited in my account.

Therefore, I would most humbly and respectfully request you to expedite the refund process. I would be grateful to you for this.
