TDR Refund: Refund not available after 2.5 mths

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have filed a request for TDR refund for the railway journey that I could not make. The refund was applied for online as it was an e-ticket. The status of refund is that it is admin approved, but the refund has still not be credited to my account.
1. Can you please give me an update on the status of my refund application?
2. How much more time it will take to get refund.
3. Whats the general policy on the timelines for the refund.
