Money collected for non-receipt of the tickets

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was trying to book the tickets for my parents from Chirala to Tirupathi thru IRCTC.CO.IN, after furnishing the details for travel, made the payment Rs.879 thru my SBI Netbanking facility where the same was debited from my account, but the ticket was not issued erroring a meessage 'unable to issue the ticket'. It's been a week but still the money is not yet credited to my SBI account. Attaching the transaction confirmation alert page for your reference.. please do the needful at the earliest.
