Amount Refund for TDR filing on 9th Oct

I have filed one TDR for one journey on 9th Oct. Still i didn t get any refund (nearly 8 months completed). Date of journey on 8th Oct PNR No.4400256350, Train No. 3352 and Form Chennai to Kovvur.

I had so many times discussions with IRCTC cusomer care (011-23345500) and TDR department (011-23345900) and Chennai Customer Care (044-25300000). I have sent more than one remainder mails to IRCTC (care@irctc.co.in) and southern railway department.

Recently i made call to Delhi TDR department (13th July). They told me that you have to contact Eastern Railway Department (033 - 22439045).

Today i made a call to this (033 - 22439045) number they are taken my details and told me that we can enquiry.

Please take up this complaint.
