I am not satisfied with IRCTC

I have filed TDR as on 5-6 for refund of my ticket on which i did not travelled as per PNR - 8331239422 Transaction ID - 0114295865. the claim got rejected vide letter no. Rep/RF/EL/T/37/26.2.10/NR by Railway for the reason that TDR submitted late where as TDR was vewry much submitted within time limit to IRCTC. I wanted to know when IRCTC has submitted TDR to North Railway.

Also wanted the concern authority nos who i will interect and find out the actual reason for rejection. IRCTC is not sharing the letter of rejection with me.
