Not got Refund of cancelled Train ticket on 28th April PNR no. 8339767120

I cancelled train Ticket on 28th April, still I not got the Refund, I Emailed so many times to care@irctc.co.in but every time they are replying that "you may get the refund shortly".

Pls. help to get the refund as soon as possible.
