I am not satisfied with the online booking of indian railways on irctc

Hi,

I would like to draw the authority attention on the online transaction for Tatkal tickets that never happens. The server remains down from 8.00 AM IST to 8.05 AM IST due to some internet fraudalent wherein the tickets are not available.

Therefore, it is requested kindly to look into the matter and resolve the same.
