This is to inform about the terrible pantry car service provided in the trains. Am a regular traveller and am extremely dissatisfied with the food quality provided in your trains. I travel via howrah yeshwantpur trains and I was surprised to find the food quality poor and so poor that I could not eat it. Not one time but several times. Even the same with the duronto express from bangalore to howrah. Am quite astonished that we pay so much to you but you cant keep the quality upto the mark. Am forced to write the mail to you as this is a combined feedback from many people like me. Please try to improve the quality of foods that you provide. Also the pantry car people are so dirty that I dont feel like eating foods from their hands. How cheap is your service? Really, you as a company is not worth expecting profits. Such a huge number of people travel everyday in trains but they do not get what they pay for. The bathrooms are extremely dirty, pantry car service is poor, the seats are dirty and full of bed bugs, the compartment is smelly. If I would have been a higher authority in your company, I would have suspended every person who are involved in making the service terrible. At the end we want that our journey should be a comfortable journey and not a pain for us.
