BED ROLL NOT PROVIDED IN 9116 SAYAJI NAGRI EXP

We too travelled in 9116 Sayaji Nagri Exp. on 28/08 from Surat to Bandra Terminus. Coach attendent or TTE did not provide Bed Rolls. I am suffering from

back pain, so I requested for pillow but that too was not provided. Attendent was

arrogant and rude in behaviour. We were not given Complaint Book also. Our journey ended in discomfort and agony. I want serious action against the irresponsible and careless employees.
