Poor quality Tomato soup

I am sanjay rajpal, traveling in Shiv ganga Exp. PNR No. 2411750366 Coach B1 30, i bought Tomato soup from train pantry car vendor name sonu, kitchen incharge Mr. pavan kumar, the soup was not a tomato soup... it was a boild water and contains some synthetic material. when I asked for complants book, they harresed me with GRP (Constable name Mr. Shiv Kumar) and told me that they will throughout me from train, so i surrenderd and returned them their soup container which i had for complain in IRCTC, also inform that i was the first purchaser of that soup. we request you to plz look into this matter and take a neccesary action,
