False Charges from IRCTC and No Response

Dear Sir,
My IRCTC user ID: railsourav is blocked charging that I have made a fraudulent claim of TDR on ticket PNR no 2253134544. The ticket was from Barauni to Howrah on 04.10.08 for my wife, Mrs. Aparna Das. She had to reach Howrah on 05th and accordingly came station on 4th oct night. But the train was on 12:01 AM and hence her booked train left barauni station previous day. She realized her mistake and requested TTE for a seat. According to availability, he charged suitable penalty and gave her a berth in 2AC with manual receipt. Afterward, I filed for TDR for the ticket of 04.10.08 and after a long period of 2 years, I am blamed with a fraudulent claim.
I strongly protest against the blame on me and requested IRCTC to recheck your information. If Mrs. Aparna Das, my wife, had traveled on 04.10.08 night, how is it possible for her again to travel on the same train very next day, which can be verified from data. If somebody else is traveling on her name on the train she missed, then it is a fault from the end of rail authority and I should not be charged for that.
My user ID is created on and I am consistently using IRCTC services for years accounting transactions of more than Rs. 2-3 lakhs. During these hundreds of transactions, I was loyal to IRCTC rules and bindings all the time. I am still having 5 e-tickets with me which I am yet to travel.
I request you again to look into the matter.
