Egistration of account

Sir,

My brother Mr. Ajmer Singh Sidhu has registered his name for an account with irctc. Due some typographical error, he had mentioned father's name (mr. Bhagat Singh Sidhu) in place of his name. His email id is jimsidh@ymail.com and he has registered as a new customer yesterday i.e. 24.09.2011. We tried to modify the user profile but that field where the name is mentioned is not open for modifications. Kindly let us know as to whether this account could be cancelled or the name could be modified. Kindly advise him accordingly.

If it is possible to change the name.
