Since only one ticket got confirmed and that to in RAC, I did not travelled and on Advise of Custmer care agent of IRCTC I filed TDR after 24 Hour.

I called up IRCTC Agent and on his advise wrote to tdrprocess [tdrprocess@irctc.co.in]on 2nd sep and reminded several time but every time get a response that

""Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 2622565903 has been forwarded to CCM/Northern Railway on dt. 01.06.09. We have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt. 02.09.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt. 02.10.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account"".
