I had cancelled 4 tickets covering PNR No. 4101040182 & Transaction ID 0067169548 on 27.10.2008.But I have not yet received the net refund amount of Rs. 1524.00 (Receipt No. 325364) till date in spite of repeated reminders to care@irctc.co.in and alapse of 5 months.

pl arrange for immediate refund.
