IRCTC/Shubh Yatra Card
Still Not Yet Received my Card

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Saurav Kumar Singh, want to lodge complain against IRCTC Shubh Yatra Card Service. Sir I have online applied for Shubh Yatra Card on 4th Oct and was waiting to receive my card. But after 20days i have not yet received my card so i called them and they said that some person named manoj has received my card on my given mailing address. Then they said sir we will send you again and you will get it by 7th or 8th nov. Still i am waiting for my card. I have not yet received my card. Because of their bad services they are delivering our documents to others. They are misguiding their customer. They have charged Rs.552 for this card. Still i am very tensed and i am student so i am not able to concentrate on my studies. Even 100 rupee matters for me then its matter of 552 rupees, because i am form lower middle class family. Sir kindly take some immediate action.
