Train Ticket Refund

Sir,

I had booked a train ticket on 20th December and due to bad transaction over the internet, i had to try couple of time. In this process there were 5 wrong transactons and 5 debits to my acount. Of these 4 credits have happened while one transaction of Rs. 1345 is not refunded till date and i have been loosing money calling over the STD for the last 3 months.
