Unhygenic Journey in train

Sir, while i was travelling from guwahati to chennai 0n 22 Oct in guwahati-ernakulam exp in AC-III (berth No. 47, 48) i found the bedding kit provided by the attendent was very dirty. i changed the bed sheet twice still it was dirty, not even washed. pillow and hand towel was in worst condition. i informed the TTE then he told me to change again, he also shared the situation and said nothing can be done. he also told me nothing will be changed in this route even if repeated complaints are made.

sir, as per my experience in other trains all the items should be in a sealed paper packet (bed sheet, towel) etc. so that the person travelling should not suffer the un-hygenic sorroundings also to avoid communicable diseases from other passengers. majority of passengers in the trains from guwahati to chennai are patients to apollo or CMC vellore. so proper care must be given in this fact so that all can travel peace fully and in a hygenic condition.
