Non Refund of E- Ticket cancillation amount

Sir,

I had canceled my e-ticket (PNR No. 2454334303) due to connecting train late. I had filed TDR process on 01.01.2009 for refund of e-ticket amount. even after 06 months period I have not received any reffund against cancillation. nor any intimation from concerned office. I had communicated by telephonically & numerous email (tdrprocess@irctc.co.in) but in vain.

latest status of TDR Process as displaced (i.e25.06.2009) n on site is attached herewith for your reference

Please help me for resolve this issue for early refund of e-tickets canceled.
