Good day, I have received an e-mail stating that I have win a certain amount of pounds, I have to pay 250 pounds to get the cheque delivered to me in South Africa, our rand value is poor and to pay R3 500.00 in our currency for nothing will give me a huge financial breakdown. Just want to know if it is true or is it just an e-mail scam
