Non-delivery of good

I placed an order online from the merchant indicated above (Islamave International) having a site address www.islamave.com on March 7. The order took the number 11 and was paid for using my Master credit card, which was processed by Worldpay on behalf of the merchant. The details of the transaction are as follows:

After couple of weeks I have not received anything from the merchant regarding the status and shipment of the good (Casio Islamic Watch). I contacted the store to inquire about the order and received no answer. I sent several emails to inquire about the status of the order but no reponse whatsoever. I contacted my bank to see whether they cashed the money of the transaction or just authorized it till they cash it after shipment, and I was told that they cashed the full sum of the money of the transaction on the same day of the order, namely March 7. At this instance I started to doubt the integrety of this merchant and I contacted Worldpay to cancel the order and refund the money. They answered that I should refer back to the issuer bank and have them raise a dispute. Further, Worlpay sent emails to the merchant, and even tried to contact him by phone without any success in getting a response from them. That means that we are before an explicit incidence of fraud where the merchant got the money of the order and vanished.

I am trying to lodge a police report about this merchant to investigate the matter.

The harm of this merchant is still there as its site is still open, and he even contracted in addition to the reputable WorldPay online payment service another more reputable online payment method which is Paypal.

I am very much interested in getting a refund for my money, and see an action taken against this store so that it does not continue deceiving more and more people.
