Withdrawal of PF amount

Dear Sir

I had resigned from iSmart Global Private Limited on 02-Aug-08 for leaving to aboard. I had requested to process my PF papers immedialty as i heard that there is provision if employee is leaving India PF will be processed with in 30 days. This information is provided to me by an employee in PF department.

But the employer has denied and told that after 45 days from the date of resignation my PF withdrawal form will be submitted to the department. When even i had tried to enquire about the status i am not getting any reply from the employer. I am not sure whether my withdrawal form is submitted or not also.

My PF account No is KN/23372/4409.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful
