PF claim not received yet

Dear Sir,

I have appointed as an employee of ismart Global Private Ltd (previously L & L Services Pvt Ltd).on 21st April addressing IISCO House, Annex II, 1st floor, 50 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kol - 71 and resigned in service on 5th Sep, I have completed all the necessary documents against the PF claim forms by the HR person of the said company on January, 08 but still I have not received any feedback from the company or the PF officials. My employee id LLSPL2566 and my PF No. is KN/23372/4072
