This is to inform you that i had worked with I Smart Global Pvt Ltd from 28-08 to 30-08 (Employee ID-10015), but as on date i have not received the salary for the month of Aug 09, 1 year Bonus and PF for the period of 28-08 to 30-08, however i completed every formalities (Like P.F form fill up, submission resignation),
Kindly look in to this matter.
