PF Refund not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

have left my last organisation (I solution Providers Pvt Ltd) on 01/07. I have not yet received my PF refund, kindly arrange for the same at earliest.

I had send the documents for the withdrawl of PF to the Mumbai- Kandawali (West) PF office on 8/08/09 via registered post. As per the Department of Post the forms was received on 13/8 at the Mumbai -kandawali office.

But while checking on the EPF website about the status of my PF it is showing that your request has not been received yet. I had also tried the phone nos. of Mumbai kandawali PF office but i am not able to get any response from there. Even the E-mail id address of the Kandawali office not given.

I request you to please check the stauts of my account as i am not able to contact any one at the kandawali office for the stauts of my PF account.
