1st PF transfer Application submited by the Applicant on: Jan from Ispat Industries Ltd, Personnel Dept., later on 3 times it was freshly submited.

Date of relieving from Ispat Industries Ltd: 4th May

Joining of new Organisation: 5th May Equinox EPC Engineering I Ltd, C/O VIVIN Technology Solutions Ltd, DIL complex, Ghodbander road, Majiwade, Opp to Tatvadnyan Vidyapeeth, Thane- west, Maharastra.

I to expidited the matter from my side ad was told by Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd that they replied to Ispat Industries Ltd the said PF is not with them and they should talk with EPF office Kolkata. (some where in February)

acoordingly with this letter I asked to Ispat Industries ltd of reply but Ispat Industries ltd replied me that no any feedback from M/S Haldia Petrochemicals has come.

Now I don't know how to get my PF from west bengol, and then from ISPAT to present company Equinox.

Request to do the needful and suggest a best sloution
