Dear Sir

I, sajal kumar paul, residing in kolkata since seven years, and holding a voter ID card WB/38/261/333002..in address of raniganj municipality, burdwan where my name has removed from the list for a minimum eleven years ago... whose document is unavaible when I asked them...

Voter ID is not only a photo ID but its also a persons right as indian citigen ..and every time I am forced to give a false declaration in false address proof..

As a long time out of india I am unable to cast my vote..and now I want to do it and feel shame...

I have residential proof in kolkata which I used everywhere..

Kindly help me to get a voter ID in kolkata address..
