Supply of lower quality of socks

On the basis of a sms from itbc I placed an order for three Reebok Socks MRP597 (discount 58.%)

In response itbc supplied socks of MRP Rs. 297 (discount 20%) vide their invoice # ORA090047851

dt.25.05.09. On my pointing out the matter to itbc on 01.06.09 they asked me to returned the

socks for replacing those with the ordered quality socks. I returned the socks and followed the

matter with them constantly. Every time they assured me about the supply, but to my dismay

they supplied the same socks again on 04.10.09. I took up the matter with them for the

redressal, and followed the matter, but now they are not responding.

I therefore request your goodself to intervene in matter and advise them to do the needful.
