Unable to get option of cancellation of e tickets on irctc site

Dearr sir

I regret to inform you that the services of irctc for their e customers have been deteriorating. I want to cancel my e tickets because i have post poned my journey, for that i have not able to get option on irctc site.apart from this the the customer care executives response is also very poor in resolving thge issue.
