Delivery of tickets

I had booked an I ticket train tickets for my parents on the 14th of September' 08 through irctc. The irctc site on monday described the status as dispatched as on monday when i tracked the ticket at IRCTC.

Today it has been 4 days since the ticket has been dispatched and yet to be delivered in DELHI itself.

I decided to call the customer centre fr irctc who gave me the overnite courier service number who are the couriers fr irctc.

After about 45 minutes of calling about 6 numbers (land line and mobile) was able to get in touch with the concerned manager named Mr Mandeep who called the delivery boy and and the reply i got was that there has been no one at home and the house has been locked for the last 3 days when ever the delivery has been happening.

The concerned person responsible fr delivery was totally rude and making false statements all the time and said (paagal hai) Means i was lying that someone is at home.

It is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the concerned manager also who took for granted his colleage's statement that no one was at home at the time of delivery.

After an heated arguement with the manager and the person concerned fr delivery, finally i was told that the courier will reach within an hour.
