I-Ticket (Train Cancelled Refund)
Refund Request for Cancelled Train 2416 - PNR (251-19272830)

I tried to repeteadly get my refund for train which got cancelled (2416, Indore Intercity), my ITicket (PNR (251-19272830)) when i took to New Delhi railway counter, i was told that this has to be cancelled at H Nizzamuddin station, when in the intstructions at the www.irctc.co.in for trains which are cancelled, it is very clearly mentioned that it can be done at any reservation counter.

Whole one day wasted doing nothing.

Still dont know what to do. Where to go to get my refund.
