ITPL RS.600 BUS PASS NOT ALLOWED IN VOLVO

Hello Sir

I am working in ITPL, we were issued Rs.600 BMTC pass. But we pay Rs. 1225 for ITPL and has a seal on it saying "BMTC Rs. 1225/- PREMIUM PASS". We also carry Rs.100 BMTC ID card along with it. But still we are not allowed in the Volvo buses with the discount of Rs.20 as it is for Rs.600 pass. So please let me know why we are not benefited eventhough we are paying Rs.1225/-.
