I have purchased one 2 bedroom apartment from ITTINA's largest project in ITTINA NEELA . There are wide spread structural & Construction defects leading to the leakages in H1 Block have been accepted by their GM in early 2005. Then the construction of the project was not even 50% completed. H1 Block was the highest quality 'Model' block compraising of nearly 80 apartment of the 1000 complex! Till now there is no let up in the situation. If you complain, goons of Ittina will be at your door step any time! Ittina Neela project is not even listed in the completed projects details on their official website. ITTINA is indeed a Con-builder in Bangalore, please keep away from them!
