I have book a flat in ittina anai in 27th May. that time they have promised to give the possesion by sep 2007. i have already paid more than 90% of the total flat cost and got it registered on my name. only possesion amount is pending. but till now they have not completed the project. it is almost 2 years of delay. looks like they are not having any money to continue the work. the work in totally stopped form last 4 months. before that we, all the customer of ANAI formed the association. the association had lot to meetings with MD of ITTINA. In all the meetings they are asking for the remaining money also to complete the project. we have agreed to release the money through association base on the work progress.here one important point is the poject is at the almost completion stage. around 90% of it is completed. but he is not showing any progress in work even after releasing the money. we not able to ensure that the money we released is going to our project only. considering the situation the association is planing to go for legal action. can any one suggest me what should i do now? i am not able to pay both the emi for house loan & house rent. please help me on how to handle this.
