There is this shop at Sector-62, Noida, UP selling computer related items.
I went to purchase the s-video cable that connects the laptop with the television.
At the time of purchase, I didn't check the cable as thoroughly as I should have thinking that why would a neighborhood shopkeeper would sell me defective stuff.
W#hen I connected that cable to the TV, there was no connection, When I checked the cable, it was cracked. I went back to the shop and told him the same. He was so unconcerned about my complaint and said we do not give warranty. I told him, i don't need warranty since I never used the cable, It was cracked from the start. Even when I told him that I came to his shop and his own credibility is at risk, but it didn't have any effect and he so shamelessly said that he does not care.
If I purchase potatoes from a sabjiwala, even he says that if even a single potato is defected, bring it back and get it replaced. And these so called shopkeepers are so shamelessly cheating people out of their money. Shame on them...
There should be some law for these people sellng all the defected pieces saying them as chinese and filling their own pockets.
