Mis-placement of Consignments & Demand Draft
This is Ravi Kumar from Hyderabad, we are regular customers of Overnite Express Courier, Hyderabad. Our Customer Code is 01111.
We had sent a consignment to Chennai Bearing No. 87479517 Dt.26.10.2007 worth of Rs.11433.00. This consignment has been misplaced by the Courier and till now they have not located the same.
We had sent a consignment to Bangalore Bearing No. 87479540 Dt. 06.11.2007 worth of Rs.1500.00 on Draft on Delivery basis, . The Demand Draft issued by the Customer has been misplaced by the Courier and till now they have not located the same.
We had sent a consignment to Delhi Bearing No. 87477285 Dt. 05.02.2008 worth of Rs.17680.00 on Draft on Delivery basis, . The Demand Draft issued by the Customer has been misplaced by the Courier and till now they have not located the same.
We had sent a consignment to Delhi Bearing No. 87707500 Dt. 27.02.2008 worth of Rs.17160.00 on Draft on Delivery basis, . The Demand Draft issued by the Customer has been misplaced by the Courier and till now they have not located the same
When we contact them, nobody gives a proper reply and their behaviour is highly irresponsible.
We are fed-up with this Courier and I would like to have the contact details of their Head of the Operations to lodge a formal complaint. They are not giving the contact details
