149 plan activated but wrong amont received in the bill

Sir,

My telephone number is 01504-223777. we have activated 149 plan on this number and this has shown in the next bill that plan has been changed. But we got wrong telephone billing and we found it by “itemized bill” that we are billed on local calls but these are free in this plan. We complained at the local telephone exchange but no one responded to our problem and asked for MONEY to correct this problem.

I request you to please deal this matter personally and give us a solution of this problem.
