THE JAGO pARTY has given wide publicity on the site that they wiil attend complaint within 48 hrs. As i was fed up taking this complaint to higher authorites I complained on theirsite. My complaint was updated as no 4512 with remarks that complaint was not clear and depatments addresses of conserned complainants not there. Immediately i wrote clear letter on 22.611 giving departments addresses. I recived email from them saying the complaint no 4516 has been recived and same will be updated within 24 hrs and within 48 hrs action will be taken. When complaint was not updated for six days. I wrote several emails and phones but no use. I am pasting one email.

Dear Deepak Mittal,
Going through your site It seems Heaven on earth I had given complaint no 4512 of 21.6.There was red remarks saying write clearly and mention concerned dept addresses, Accordingly I wrote complaint no 4516 clearly and gave the necessary addresses. The same has not updated since 22.6.I wrote emails and contacted Mohamed of Delhi but no action from Friday till know.
My history of complaint is as following
.1]I had written several letters to secretary gokul accord co-op hsg soc thakur complex kandivali east Mumbai 400101. but no reply. They took one core repair work. Then i asked them M20 bond copies to fix responsibility for looses. They failed to provide the same.
The Govt of Maharashtra has passed a rule saying that office bearers have to give bond within 45 days of resuming office but these people are running society for last two years without giving any bond.
2]Then I made application under Rti to Dy reg R ward, govt offices bldg, adjacent to sanskruti bldgs, 90 feet road, thakur complex kandivali east mumbai 400101.He did not reply. Then i appealed to Information commissioner who directed dy reg to arrange bond copies. To this He replied that we have no record of bond registration of gokul Accord. Again I used RTI to dy reg w/s to give me action taken report for the lapses ..Here I got interim reply from Dy reg saying that He has appointed Shri S.N Salunke provisional officer to answer as following under his letter of Dy reg- R/Gokul Accord /HSG/NO 79[2]/11 4089 of 21.3.11
1Till know how many office bearers have given bond and to give copies to me of same.
2To give me copies of minutes of last five years AGM approved by Dy reg
3To give me information if society is maintaining file for correspondence made with DY reg
4 The society has mentioned proper record of sinking fund.
5 The society has maintained file for conveyance deed.
Till to day no reply.
3] Seeing this i had mad appeal to commissioner for co-operation and registration Pune, Pune station road Pune 4110001.He closed my appeal saying i should appeal to Upnimbandak BKC bandra Mumbai instead of redirecting as per Rti rules.
4]Now I had appealed to information commissioner, 13' floor, new administrative Bldg. Madam cama Road, Opp mantralay Mumbai 400032, on 12.5.11 but no acknowledgement till today.
