Jaguar products offers lifetime warranty for all its ultra high priced kitchen an bath faucets. I installed a Rs 7000 faucet in my kitchen. After 6 months it stopped working. Upon contacting the company they said the replacement parts would not be covered and would cost me Rs 1500. They said the lifetime warranty only covers labor charges.
I think the company is not making that clear in its warranty literature and is misleading the public. Do not buy their products. If u do dont rely on their warranty they will not honor it.
