Not refund the d.d. amount

Dear sir

i apply jaipur develoment authority schame name are rajat vihar yojana- jaipur in 10/09 but by axis bank mistake i have loss my orignal d.d..my d..d. no. are 795786 and my form no. are 69196 . i want to cancel my dd but i had lost my orignal dd then, i request for duplicat dd, for the purpose of cancellation, it has been issued by the ajemr main sbi branch, now his deamding are jaipur devloment authority written letter me he has no problem for cancellation the d.d.. I also send u this letter sbi bank and he has also request the jaipur devlopment authorityt plz send the NOC letter for canclled the d.d. but JDA NOT GIVE ME any reply for couple month

plz help me
