Fraud ticket Selling

I was coming back from Katra, it was around 3:30 a.m in the morning when i sit in a J&K government bus (bus no.-JK02AA7679).

The conductor told the fare to be Rs. 30.And after the bus started, the conductor took Rs. 35 as the fare per passenger from all the passengers.

Also he was not willing to give the bus ticket and never gave it to anybody. All the passengers started cribbing and fighting.

Could you please make sure that the appropriate action is taken against such drivers/conductors.

Also there can be ticket checkers on the way so as to make sure that this is not happening over ans again.
