Sir,

i booked an appartment in the above said company at hyderabad in may.

however, now the company says that there is indefinite delay in the project and if needed i could shift over to an old project which might be still unbooked. However this entails taking a house which is not my choice. they are forcing the same on me.

when i asked if i could withdraw from this project the company said that i will have to pay some amount of fine which would be percentage of the total property cost.

i request you to kindly guide me in this matter and help me if needed.
