I had worked in JB Marketing and Finance Ltd (Emami Ltd) in the branch of Cuddalore (Tamil Nadu) for the period from 5.11.94 to 10.8.2007 (12 years 9 months). During this period, monthly subscription for employee provident fund, under Employees Provident Scheme was recovered periodically from my salary every month. On 10.8. I resigned my job from that comany.
My date of joining in JB Marketing is : 05.11.1994
My date of resignation from JB Marketing is 10.8.2007.
In this connection, I submit that in respect of settlement of my a/c for Provident Fund the Provident fund recovered from my salary has not been settled to me so far.
It is also informed that a substantiate amount has been accured in my PF account (No. WB/16412/0316) right from the date of joining (ie) 5.11.1994 to till the date of my resignation (ie) 10.8.2007.
Hence I request you Sir, due my heavy financial crisis and mentaly agony, I am in position to receive the entire amount of PF with interest from my PF account as early. Also, I request you to kindly take necessary steps to settle my PF account without expecting further reminder from me.
