Hi all,
I bought a JBL speaker from US and was using in India. It stopped working. I took it to authoized show room JBL ie "SOUND FACTOR" in MG road, pune.
The examined my speakers and said that they will get back to me after 2 days and said then that my adapter to the speaker is working fine and there is a problem with the sub woofer.
I waited for their call but they did not turn up. After 5 days i called them, then they said that they will charge me Rs 2000 as repair of the circuit was required.
after 10 days they called me up again and said "Sir we could not repair ur speakers as it is beyond our engineers scope so, come and collect it."
When i went to the show room, the owner of the showroom Mr Milind who was till now absent from the scene said that if u want we will send your speakers to mumbai office. They tested my speakers there and it worked.
then the owner said "Oh I dont knw how is this working, may be some one rapair. OH Oh your adapter is not working so we need to repair your adapter."
From last 20 days these people kept testing my patience which finally exploded finally.
i called them up and asked them about the status nd the milind said will let you knw. I exloded. Then Mr Milind (Owner of the showroom) said boss come and take your speakers we wont repair.
I went to the show room and he started shouting at me saing do what ever you want we are not bound to repair, get lost etc etc... censored words.)
He charged me 500 for not repairing any thing, abused me in front of myfrnd (girl) only because he was the owner of the showroom.
Is there any place where i could help myself to take and action against him?
PLEASE HELP!!!
