JetLite does not refund upon cancelation

I bought a return ticket (Paper ticket) from ahmedabad to goa for three people via credit card. I canceled my ticket on 09th oct from ahmedabad to goa by calling at a call centre and she gave me a cancellation reference number (I101928). The call centre executive told me that my money will be refunded to my credit-card in 10-15 days (It takes only 1 min to charge to my credit card but 10-15 days for refund!). I didn't receive my money after 15 days and I frequently called the call centre executive but they told me that it will take another 07days. I also lodged a complaint through feedback@jetlite.com but there was no response. Since then I have been calling the customer support, Lodging complaints at feedback@jetlite.com is useless. My ticket Nos. are 7052161050431/7052161050432/7052161050433

I have no where to go now. I am planning to file a case with the Consumer Court.

I will never fly Jet OR JetLite. And I advice the same to all of you
