My Mother (Vellaithai K) is having the jewellary Loan with IOB Kalwarpatti branch, IFSC Code: IOBA0000911 from 2006.
Everytime she made the payment to the loan account, Manager didn't give any receipt for the amount and the amount was paritially credited to her loan account.
The loan account was closed and reopened many times without her notice to cover up the malpractice. Manager is not giving any explanation. Still manager is maintaining, "No receipts for anything"
Last time she paid the Rs. 3800 on 16 March for her loan account. No receipt was given. Her Loan account was closed and reopened a new loan account and the Manager refused to give the details of old account statements.
No receipt and No statement about the payment, then how do we verify the actual amount credited to our account.
i'm suspecting a big malpractice (Kalwarpatti branch, IFSC Code: IOBA0000911) in this branch and many innocent people are cheated.
Please do the needful and take the necessary steps.
