Problem in supply of cylinde

Dear Sir,

Sub: Undue delay in supply of cylinder

My consumer no. is 29048. We are getting Indane Gas cylinder from Jeyal Gas Company. My latest booking for cylinder is 24.12.08. We are yet to get the cylinder till date. We have repeatedly been telephoning to them as reminder. Whenever we ring up to them, we are told that the cylinder has already been despatched to our area, but we have not received the cylinder. You may imagine out plight as it is almost a month since we have registered for cylinder. We are afraid that some unwanted elements are misusing the cylinder. Our request is not taken up seriously. We have been making repeated complaints very often when we book cylinder. On more than 2 occasions there has been undue delay in delivery of cylinders.

We would like to know what is the exact date for supply of a cylinder and what is the meaning conveyed when they say that the cylinder has already been despatched but not received.

We would request to interfere in this matter and do the needful. Feedback may be given to the above mail id.
