Non availability of free gift

Dear Sir

I got many sms regarding the free gifts informations from reliance fresh.i have done purchasing of more the Rs 1000/- from reliance fresh outlets at Moti Mahal, New Railway Road, Gurgaon on dated 11.05.08, when i ask to the mmanger of that shop he told me that we dont have any gift, you regiter your complaint in their register. i registered my complaint but there is no response from reliance.

Sir, if you can not provide your assure gift then why you send in your sms &misguide the customers.
