Sir,
I was travelling on dt. 22.03.09 with supplmentry ticket in IInd Sleeper with my family in S-9 of Utkal Express (Hardiwar to Kalinga) from Delhi to Dhaulpur. I asked reservation charges from Ticket Checker but he did not gave any asnwer then One person came there and gave extra charges in hand and booked ticket by tc.then Other TC fined me of Rs. 606.00 and didnot tell me resoan and thereat me to throw from Rail.
