It is being informed to you that I, Basabendu Guin (UTI Savings A/c. No. 116010100038605) have surrendered my Savings Bank Account with debit card on dated 3/12/07 through a letter to your bank addressed at :-

UTI BANK,

75, G.T. Road, Mallick Fatak,

Howrah, West Bengal

Pin No. – 711101

As because I am outstation Account holder i.e. why I through courier I requested the bank manager to close the account.

But after that I used to receive my cancelled savings bank account statement every 3 months after where the bank always claiming Low balance charge of Rs. 500/- and it is summed up in consecutive statement.

The bank had also sent a new debit card after my surrender of bank account through courier to my permanent address which I sent it back to the bank by courier and again requested them to close my savings bank account.

But they are till date sending the account statement to my permanent address and it is harassing me mentally.

So it is my kind request to you to look into this matter and stop the mental harassment.
